Whilst we will always do our best to match every price available on our website. The following terms and conditions apply to our policy:
- Our commitment to price matching is based on learning interventions delivered by Westcon-Comstor only
- Our ability to price match on partner learning interventions is subject to partner approval
- Our price matching pricing is based on a like for like basis and will take into consideration the following factors:
- Course Title
- Language of delivery
- Delivery Type and format
- Timezone and Territory
- Delivery Location
- Competitor is an authorised training provider or authorised training centre.
- We will require proof of a more competitive price, examples include a link to a publicly advertised offer or a formal quote which you have received from another authorised training provider.
- We can only support requests for improve pricing prior to bookings, we are unable to change a price after a booking has been made or after a learning intervention has been delivered.
